Managing/Senior Associate — M&A & Private Equity, Miami

Top-tier international corporate team seeks a Managing or Senior Associate with substantial transactional experience in M&A and private equity. The role involves leading deal execution, drafting and negotiating agreements, and advising sponsors and corporate clients on complex buyouts, dispositions, and related matters.

Members of the team will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will have access to formal training, mentoring and cross-office deal teams. The position can be based in the Miami office (other U.S. office locations may be considered).

• 5–7 years of law firm experience focused on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions
• Strong academic record and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Admission to the bar of the state where the attorney will be located (membership in good standing required)
• Proven ability to manage transactional workstreams, interact with clients, and work on cross-office deal teams
