Apply in confidence →Seeking a maritime litigation attorney to join a national U.S. practice team. The role focuses on admiralty and maritime defense litigation and will handle case work from pleading through trial, including motions, discovery, depositions and briefing.
This position is based in Walnut Creek with remote work options. Ideal candidates will be collaborative, able to manage a varied docket with limited supervision, and comfortable producing high-quality written work and oral advocacy for complex maritime and related occupational-disease matters.

- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Approximately 3–6 years' experience in maritime/admiralty litigation or transferable experience (e.g., asbestos or occupational-disease litigation).
- Strong litigation skills: drafting, oral advocacy, depositions, and complex discovery management.
- Excellent legal research and writing; self-starter who can manage assignments with minimal supervision.
- LLM in Maritime Law preferred but not required.
