Senior litigation attorney opportunity in Tampa to join a large national healthcare and medical‑malpractice practice. The role involves defending healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings, with a focus on medical malpractice and professional liability matters.

The team defends a wide range of providers, including hospitals, physicians, long‑term care facilities and related professionals. The position requires courtroom and trial‑readiness, strong drafting and deposition experience, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced practice.

Competitive compensation and benefits are offered. Candidates with a portable practice are welcome but a book of business is not required.

Admission to the Florida bar
Approximately 7 years of civil litigation experience focusing on medical malpractice and professional liability
Experience defending nursing homes and medical malpractice claims in state and federal courts preferred
Strong drafting, motion practice, deposition and litigation management skills; able to work independently and in teams
