Mergers & Acquisitions Associate — Corporate (Atlanta)

Mid-level associate opportunity in Atlanta for a corporate/M&A lawyer with significant transactional experience. The role sits within a nationally recognized M&A and corporate finance practice handling complex buy- and sell-side work, with a focus on private equity and private-target transactions.
