Mid-level associate opportunity in a top-tier corporate/M&A practice based in New York. The role focuses on representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers on domestic and cross-border M&A and other corporate transactions.

You will work on a range of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, spin-offs, leveraged buyouts and strategic partnerships, collaborating with deal teams across practices and jurisdictions. The team emphasizes mentorship, formal development programs, and clear advancement pathways.

2–4 years of significant M&A experience at a law firm or high-quality corporate practice.
Experience on both buy- and sell-side matters and handling domestic and cross-border transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiation, research and analytical skills; ability to communicate complex issues clearly in writing and orally.
Comfort with complex deal structures (carve-outs, spin-offs, LBOs, recapitalizations) and working in fast-paced deal teams.
Admission to the relevant state bar or eligibility for bar admission by waiver.
