Mergers & Acquisitions Associate — Seattle (mid‑level)

Mid‑level associate role within a national corporate practice, focused on M&A transactions. The team handles a range of deals, with particular emphasis on private equity and private‑target acquisitions.

Successful candidates will join a collaborative, growth‑oriented group that serves sophisticated corporate clients across multiple U.S. offices. The role supports deal execution from diligence through closing and includes substantial client‑facing and drafting responsibility.

• Minimum 3 years of M&A transactional experience (private equity and/or private‑target transactions preferred)
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting, deal‑management, and client‑service skills
• Prior experience at a large law firm (AmLaw 100 experience preferred)
• Ability to work in a hybrid U.S. office environment and travel to other domestic offices as needed
