The role involves leading and supporting cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, and managing deal processes for sophisticated corporate clients.

Successful candidates will supervise junior associates, maintain close client communication, and manage day-to-day workflow on multiple matters. The team works on a mix of private company and private equity-related transactions.

3–7 years post-qualification experience in M&A or corporate transactional work
Strong drafting and negotiation skills on definitive and ancillary transactional documents
