Senior associate-level role on a busy M&A team in Brussels. You will work on cross-border and domestic M&A matters, drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary agreements, managing deal processes and client relationships, and coordinating with other practice groups as needed.

The role involves supervising junior associates, handling day-to-day client demands and workflow on a range of transactions for sophisticated clients, and contributing to timely, commercial advice under partner guidance.

3–7 years post-qualification M&A experience
Proven experience drafting and negotiating sale and ancillary documents
Transaction management and client-facing skills; ability to supervise junior lawyers
