Growing international law practice seeks a mid-level M&A attorney to join its Brussels corporate team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of buy- and sell-side transactions for sophisticated corporate clients and will involve hands-on drafting, negotiation and deal management.

3–7 years post-qualification experience in M&A or corporate transactions
Proven experience drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents
Strong deal management and client relationship skills
