Typical responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, coordinating transaction processes, advising on commercial and structural issues, and supervising junior associates. The team handles sophisticated, high-value matters and offers a collaborative, resource-rich environment.

3–7 years post-qualification experience in M&A or corporate transactions
Proven drafting and negotiation experience on definitive and ancillary transaction documents
Experience managing deal teams, client relationships, and transaction workflows
Strong academic record from a recognized law school and excellent commercial judgment
