Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney — Corporate (Brussels)

Established international law firm is seeking a mid-level mergers & acquisitions attorney to join its Brussels corporate team. The role focuses on cross-border and domestic M&A work, supporting a range of corporate transactions for sophisticated corporate clients.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary transaction documents, managing deal processes, coordinating with clients and other advisors, and supervising junior associates. The team offers a collaborative platform and support resources typical of a large international practice.

Applicants should be prepared to work in a fast-paced transactional environment and to contribute to client relationship management and matter staffing across multiple matters.

• 3–7 years post-qualification M&A experience (PQE).
• Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating transaction documents and ancillary agreements.
• Proven ability to manage deal processes and coordinate with clients and external advisors.
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior associates on transactional matters.
• Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school; fluency in English (knowledge of additional EU languages advantageous).
