Seeking a resource attorney to support a busy M&A practice group at a national, full‑service firm. This non‑billing role focuses on maintaining and improving the group’s transaction database, drafting and curating precedent forms, producing practice updates and training materials, and supporting marketing and knowledge‑management initiatives.

The position requires close collaboration with deal teams, the knowledge management and legal education functions, and the M&A marketing team. The role is project‑oriented and well suited to a transactional lawyer who enjoys drafting, organizing precedents, and translating substantive developments into practice resources.

Licensed U.S. attorney with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in corporate/M&A or transactional practice
Practical experience with public and/or private M&A, corporate governance and board‑level issues
Strong drafting, attention to detail, and organizational skills; experience with precedents and template drafting
Comfort working with knowledge‑management tools, transaction databases, and cross‑functional teams
