Our Washington, DC office of a leading global antitrust practice is seeking a lateral associate with at least three years of relevant experience (law firm, government, or clerkship experience will be considered). The role will focus primarily on antitrust litigation across domestic and cross-border matters.

Work will include major consumer class actions, non-class antitrust lawsuits, litigation with state and federal enforcers, and international cartel investigations. Litigation experience (plaintiff or defense) is required; antitrust experience, trial exposure, and/or an economics background are highly desirable.

  • Minimum 3 years post-qualifying legal experience (law firm, government, or clerkship).
  • Litigation experience required (plaintiff or defense).
  • Antitrust experience, trial experience, and/or economics background preferred.
  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and U.S. bar admission required.
