• Mid-level associate with experience on registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-ons) and public company securities work
• Practical familiarity with the underwriting process, comfort letters, legal opinions and offering mechanics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong academic credentials
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
