Mid-Level Associate — Capital Solutions & Special Situations (New York)

We are seeking a mid-level associate to join a capital solutions and special situations team in New York. The role focuses on liability management, special situations and distressed transactions as part of a multidisciplinary finance and restructuring practice.

The successful candidate will work on secured and unsecured debt financings, exchange and consent offers, backstop arrangements, rights offerings, exit financings and distressed M&A. This is an opportunity to contribute on complex, high‑profile restructurings within a collaborative team environment.

Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York and demonstrate strong academic and transactional credentials.

• 3–5 years' relevant US transactional experience (debt finance, restructuring, distressed M&A)
• Experience with liability management transactions — exchange/consent offers, backstop arrangements, rights offerings, exit financings
• Admitted to practice in New York
• Strong academic record, excellent drafting and deal-management skills
