Mid-Level Associate, Complex Commercial Litigation — Dallas

Mid-level associate role in a national litigation practice based in Dallas, supporting large, high‑stakes commercial disputes. Work spans Texas state and federal courts and covers all phases of complex litigation from pleadings through trial.

The team handles heavy discovery, dispositive and evidentiary motions, expert development, depositions and trial preparation. This is a hands‑on position for a litigator who can manage multi‑track matters, produce strong written work product and collaborate with senior counsel on strategy and hearings.

• Minimum 3 years of litigation experience at a major law firm or equivalent (including federal clerkship experience).
• Admission to the Texas State Bar (required).
• Proven experience managing complex discovery, taking/defending depositions, and drafting/arguing motions.
• Excellent writing, research, organization, analytical and verbal advocacy skills.
