The team offers structured training, mentoring and networking across offices, active involvement in international projects and access to legal tech tools and development programmes. The position is based in the Frankfurt office and will work closely with colleagues across Germany and abroad.

Qualified to practise in Germany (or equivalent) with mid‑level post‑qualification experience in corporate/M&A or company law
Practical experience on domestic and cross‑border transactions, joint ventures and restructurings
Strong drafting and negotiating skills; commercial approach to client work
Fluent German and professional English; comfortable working in international teams
