Work will include drafting and negotiating standard and bespoke ISDA and market‑standard master agreements (including MRA/GMRA), security and collateral documentation, and advising on the regulatory considerations that affect these transactions. Position can be based in the New York or Washington, D.C. office.
- Several years of transactional experience in fixed‑income derivatives and structured credit.
- Demonstrated experience with ISDA agreements and MRA/GMRA documentation.
- Experience drafting/negotiating security, collateral and structured credit documentation.
- Familiarity with regulatory issues affecting derivatives and secured financing in a transactional context.
- Admission or eligibility to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (NY or DC preferred).
