Mid-level Associate — Fund Finance, New York

A leading finance team is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Fund Finance practice based in New York (consideration may be given to candidates in Charlotte, Chicago or Los Angeles). The role focuses on advising lenders and funds on secured and unsecured fund financings, acquisition financings, leveraged finance/private credit, bridge loans and other complex domestic and cross‑border syndicated and bilateral financings.

The team works on sophisticated transactional matters across fund finance and leveraged finance; the role offers exposure to high‑value, market‑leading financings and collaborative deal teams. The firm offers a full benefits package and performance‑linked rewards.

• 3–5 years of transferable law firm experience in fund finance, leveraged finance or related lending transactions.
• Demonstrable experience with secured and unsecured fund financings, acquisition financings, bridge loans and syndicated or bilateral financings.
• Strong academic credentials from law school and excellent drafting, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• U.S. bar admission or eligibility to practice in the U.S.; experience on cross‑border financings a plus.
