Top-tier global funds team is seeking mid-level associates to join its Global Funds practice. Positions will be considered for the New York office with additional opportunities across other U.S. offices; successful candidates will work on private funds matters for institutional fund sponsors and investment managers.

The role involves drafting and negotiating fund formation documents, subscription agreements, side letters and related transactional work across hedge funds and other private funds. You will collaborate with senior deal teams on complex, cross-border transactions and regulatory matters.

3–5 years' private funds experience (fund formation and related transactional work)
Admission to the New York, D.C. or California bar
Strong academic record and clear writing and drafting skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and collaborate across offices
