Mid-level Associate, Investment Management (Luxembourg)

Leading international law firm’s Luxembourg office is recruiting a mid-level associate for its funds/investment management team. The team advises on a broad range of collective investment vehicles and related structures across alternative asset classes, acting for sponsors, managers and investors on transactional, regulatory and fund-structuring matters.

The role involves drafting and reviewing fund and corporate documentation, advising on regulatory matters and applications before the Luxembourg regulator, reviewing service agreements, and supporting business development and client meetings. You will work across cross-border matters with other offices in the firm’s network.

The office offers structured training, coaching, international secondment opportunities and early responsibility on substantive matters in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

• 2–4 years' relevant Luxembourg investment management / funds experience
• Qualified Luxembourg lawyer or registered on Liste IV of the Luxembourg bar
• Fluent written and spoken English and French (additional languages advantageous)
• Strong drafting and analytical skills, self-motivated, able to manage multiple matters and work in a team
