Typical work includes counseling management on California labor and wage-and-hour issues, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. The position involves mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to team-based client solutions.
- 4–5 years of relevant labor & employment experience, preferably at a top-tier law firm
- Admission to the California Bar required
- JD from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
- Solid experience in California employment law, including wage & hour and employment litigation
- Strong drafting, research, communication, and client-management skills; ability to work independently and mentor junior staff
