Mid-Level Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions — San Francisco

Leading international law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its San Francisco Mergers & Acquisitions team. The role focuses on acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures and private equity transactions across a range of industries.

The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for diligence, drafting and negotiating ancillary transaction documents, and supporting broader deal execution. This is a hands-on role with exposure to complex cross-border and domestic matters.

• 2–3 years of transactional M&A experience
• Admission to the California Bar
• Proven experience leading diligence and drafting ancillary agreements
