Mid-level transactional associate role in a national energy practice, open across multiple U.S. offices. The position focuses on power and renewable energy transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, development agreements and related commercial matters.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, coordinating cross-office teams, and supporting deals through signing and closing. The role involves direct collaboration with senior attorneys and clients in a multidisciplinary practice.

4–6 years of transactional experience, preferably in power and renewable energy matters
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, JV agreements, development agreements, and related transaction documents
Proven ability to manage due diligence and support deals through signing and closing
Strong drafting, organizational, project management, and communication skills
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing; timely admission to the hiring office jurisdiction will be required
