Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, coordinating cross-office teams, and supporting deals through signing and closing. The role involves direct collaboration with senior attorneys and clients in a multidisciplinary practice.
- 4–6 years of transactional experience, preferably in power and renewable energy matters
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, JV agreements, development agreements, and related transaction documents
- Proven ability to manage due diligence and support deals through signing and closing
- Strong drafting, organizational, project management, and communication skills
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing; timely admission to the hiring office jurisdiction will be required
