Private Equity / M&A Associate — Washington, DC

Top-tier private equity team in Washington, DC is seeking a 3rd–5th year corporate associate to advise private equity sponsors on acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio companies. The role offers hands-on transactional work across buyouts, exits and related commercial matters.

Candidates must be admitted to practice and in good standing with the DC Bar and bring relevant law firm private equity/M&A experience and strong academic credentials. Applicants should be prepared to submit a cover letter, resume, deal sheet and law school transcript.
