Associate — Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance, Washington

Seeking an associate to join a major US corporate practice in Washington, D.C., focused on securities regulation and corporate governance. The role will work with public-company matters, including governance work in connection with public filings and IPOs.

Ideal candidates will have solid experience advising public companies on corporate governance standards and Exchange Act disclosure matters, and will contribute to client work across regulatory and transactional matters.

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Law school class years 2020 2024
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance matters, including governance aspects of IPOs
• Familiarity with securities regulation and Exchange Act disclosure requirements
• Strong academic record and demonstrable legal research and writing skills
