Mid-Level Associate — Private Equity Debt Finance, New York

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy private equity debt finance team in New York. The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors, banks and private credit lenders on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth financings.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents, managing deal execution and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The group emphasizes collaboration, high-quality client service and professional development.

• Several years' leveraged finance experience representing sponsors and/or lenders on syndicated and unitranche transactions
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating commitment letters, credit agreements and security/collateral documentation
• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable firm experience
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; strong written and verbal communication skills
