Mid-Level Associate — Private Equity Debt Finance, Philadelphia

Seeking a mid-level associate to join a finance team in Philadelphia focused on private equity debt and leveraged finance. The role involves representing private equity sponsors, banks and private-credit lenders on term and revolving facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth financings.

Day-to-day work will include drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documentation, and working across groups on complex financing transactions. The team emphasizes collaboration across practice areas and offers exposure to sponsor-backed dealflow.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic record
• Prior associate experience at a law firm in leveraged finance/private equity debt
• Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commitment letters, credit agreements and security/collateral documents
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly; strong written and verbal communication skills
