Mid-level Associate, Project & Energy Finance — Los Angeles

Leading global energy and infrastructure finance team is seeking a mid-level associate based in Los Angeles to work on project and infrastructure financings, with a focus on renewable energy, tax credit monetization and energy transition transactions. The role will sit on cross-border and domestic financings supporting power, utilities and infrastructure sponsors and lenders.

The position requires hands-on transactional experience drafting and negotiating financing documents, coordinating with tax and regulatory specialists, and managing deal execution alongside senior lawyers. The team handles complex, market-leading matters across the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Strong academic credentials and prior experience at a top-tier law firm are preferred. The team offers exposure to high-value, multidisciplinary transactions and collaborative client work.

• 3–5 years' PQE in project finance, energy, or infrastructure finance
• Demonstrated experience on renewable project financings and tax-credit monetization structures
• Experience drafting and negotiating financing documentation and coordinating cross-discipline teams
• Strong academic record and prior experience at a major law firm preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to manage client-facing responsibilities
