Prompting hire for a leading international real estate finance team in London. The group advises on a wide range of UK and cross‑border real estate finance transactions, including investment and development finance, senior and mezzanine facilities, CMBS, loan portfolio sales and restructurings, and structured financing for infrastructure and digital assets.

The role involves working in cross‑jurisdictional, multi‑disciplinary teams to draft and negotiate core transaction documents, assist with deal structuring, run aspects of transaction management, and deliver clear commercial advice to lenders, sponsors, funds and arrangers.

The team supports hybrid working (minimum office attendance ~50%) and provides formal training, mentoring and career development support alongside access to legal project management and delivery tools.

Mid‑level associate with demonstrable experience in real estate finance (UK and cross‑border transactions)
Proven document drafting and negotiation skills on financing documentation (e.g. facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor and structured finance docs)
Strong commercial awareness, analytical ability and transaction management experience working with multi‑jurisdictional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; appetite for technical development and client relationship work
