Mid-level associate opportunity in a national real estate finance group based in Washington, D.C. The team advises lenders on commercial real estate financing across mortgage, mezzanine and construction loans, with regular work on acquisition and disposition financing.

The role will work on sophisticated, firm-led financing matters for institutional clients. Strong academic credentials, solid law firm experience and the ability to manage substantive transactional work are required.

Candidates must be admitted to the D.C. bar. Applicants should be prepared to provide a resume, cover letter, deal sheet and law school transcript.

Admission to the D.C. Bar required
Experience representing lenders on mortgage, mezzanine and construction real estate loans
Exposure to acquisition and disposition financing transactions
