Mid-Level Associate — Real Estate

Seeking a mid-level real estate associate to join a multi-office U.S. practice. The role is open in multiple offices and focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for institutional and private clients.

The team handles acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development work and leasing. The group values strong drafting and analytical ability, business judgment, and experience on complex, high-value matters.

• Minimum three years' experience in commercial real estate transactional work
• Demonstrated experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, development, and leasing
• Strong academic record with excellent writing and analytical skills
• Large-firm transactional experience preferred
