Experience representing lenders in mortgage loan origination, structured debt transactions, and workouts of distressed CRE loans; transactional real estate experience (purchases/sales) a plus.
Excellent academic credentials; experience at a large regional, national, or international law firm preferred.
Strong drafting, deal‑management, and client‑service skills.
