Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join their dynamic practice group. This position is available in Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, or Seattle.

The role focuses on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, and leasing, with particular emphasis on data center and digital infrastructure matters. You will work with domestic and international investors, developers, owners, operators, lenders, and institutional clients, contributing to a busy and expanding group with significant opportunities for responsibility and career growth.

Key qualifications:

3–6 years of extensive experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development, and leasing.
Experience with industrial and data center leasing is a plus but not required.
Strong commercial and build-to-suit leasing experience, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease documentation.
Experience working with developers and project sponsors on ground-up development projects.
Excellent academic credentials and high-level analytic, verbal, and written communication skills.
Admission to the Georgia, Texas, or Washington State bar (or eligibility to waive in).
