Our client, a leading national law firm, is seeking a Real Estate Investment and Development Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join its award-winning real estate investment and development practice. This role is available in multiple offices across the Southeast and Southwest.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in one or more of the following areas:

Corporate leasing, portfolio management, and construction
Property acquisition and disposition
Real estate financing and investment
Real estate joint ventures
Development and redevelopment

We are looking for individuals with strong academic credentials, solid experience in sophisticated real estate law, attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and a strong work ethic. The role requires a desire to work collegially and contribute to a national practice.

This is a Team Attorney position, an alternative to the traditional partnership track, with a lower billable hour requirement and minimal non-billable requirements. Candidates must be licensed, with a preference for licensure in the state of the candidate's base office.

At least 5 years of experience in real estate investment and development, including corporate leasing, portfolio management, construction, property acquisition and disposition, real estate financing, joint ventures, and/or development and redevelopment
Strong academic credentials and solid experience in sophisticated real estate law
Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
Strong work ethic and desire to work collegially within a national practice
Must be licensed; preference for license in the state of the candidate's base office
