Seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy real estate transactions team in New York. The role focuses on complex real estate financings (lender and/or borrower representation), joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions across a range of asset classes including office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hospitality.

The successful candidate will work on deal documentation, due diligence and transaction execution, collaborating with lawyers across practice groups and geographies on sophisticated commercial matters.

JD (Class of 2022–2023) with excellent academic credentials
Substantial transactional experience in real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and/or dispositions
Experience across commercial asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality) preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
Bar admission in New York or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
