Seeking a mid-level associate to join a busy real estate transactions team in San Francisco. The role focuses on complex real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions across multiple asset classes, with regular work for both lender and borrower-side matters.

The team works collaboratively across practices and geographies on sophisticated, market-facing matters. Successful candidates will join a collegial group handling high-value transactional work for institutional and developer clients.

JD (Class of 2022–2023) or equivalent US law degree
Substantial transactional experience handling complex real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and/or dispositions
Experience across one or more asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality, etc.)
Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
