Mid-Level Associate, Structured Credit (CLO) — New York

Top-tier structured finance team seeks a mid-level associate (4–6 years' experience) to join its Structured Credit / CLO practice in New York. You will be a core member of deal teams handling CLO issuances and other securitizations, as well as asset‑backed and asset‑based lending transactions, with substantial client contact and transactional responsibility.

The group advises major investment banks and asset managers on sophisticated financings; ideal candidates will have direct CLO experience, strong drafting and deal-management skills, and an entrepreneurial, client-focused approach. Position may be filled in New York, Washington DC, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Charlotte; candidates must be admitted and in good standing in the hiring jurisdiction.

• 4–6 years relevant transactional experience, with demonstrable CLO experience
• Experience with securitizations, asset-backed financings or asset‑based lending
• Admission to practice and in good standing in the hiring jurisdiction
• Strong drafting, deal management and client-facing skills
• LLM/JD and willingness to provide transcript and deal sheet on request
