Mid-Level Associate, Structured Finance — New York

Mid-level associate role on a New York structured finance team handling securitizations, lending transactions and related finance structures. The team works across a range of asset types and transaction formats.

The hire will support deal execution and documentation, work with internal teams and counterparties, and take responsibility for drafting and negotiating transaction documents. The group welcomes candidates with solid law-firm deal experience in structured finance or closely related areas.

• 3–6 years of post-qualification experience in structured finance, securitization, lending or similar finance transactions
• Demonstrated deal and drafting experience at a law firm on finance matters
• Comfortable with multiple asset types and transaction structures; adaptable to team needs
