Mid-Level Associate, Tech Capital Markets — Silicon Valley

Leading Silicon Valley technology-focused law group seeks a mid-level capital markets associate to work on registered equity offerings for public-company clients. The role centers on IPOs and follow-on offerings and covers underwriting documentation, comfort letters, opinions and other offering-process matters.

This is a collaborative, cross-practice setting where you will work with corporate and securities teams on technology and life-sciences transactions. The team values strong drafting, project management and the ability to work efficiently with deal teams and external counsel.

• 2–6 years' securities/capital markets experience (mid-level associates with public offering experience preferred)
• Practical experience on IPOs and follow-on registered offerings; familiarity with underwriting process, comfort letters and opinion work
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
• California bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
