Mid-Level Associate, Technology Companies — San Francisco

Leading US law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Technology Companies group in San Francisco. The role focuses on advising technology clients across corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and private and public offerings.

The position requires both collaborative team work and the ability to manage substantial components of deals independently. The team offers a collegial, entrepreneurially minded environment working across practice areas and geographies.

• Prior experience at a law firm handling technology-company matters (early- and late-stage venture financings, M&A, and capital markets transactions)
• Proven ability to work on teams and manage significant deal components independently
• Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and submission of a deal sheet
