Leading national law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Technology Companies group in Santa Monica. The role focuses on representing technology clients across a range of corporate and transactional matters, including early- and late-stage venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and private and public offerings.

Successful candidates will be comfortable working collaboratively on deal teams and taking responsibility for substantial components of transactions. The group values practical commercial judgment, strong drafting skills, and a client-service mindset within a collegial, cross-practice environment.

Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, relevant law firm experience, a current bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly), and a detailed deal sheet.

J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic record
Relevant law firm transactional experience representing technology companies (venture financings, M&A, public/private offerings)
Ability to work on teams and manage substantial transaction components independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills; detailed deal sheet required
Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
