Top-tier national law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Commercial Disputes team in Pittsburgh. The role focuses on complex commercial litigation matters, including multi-district litigation and class actions in state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for legal research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and managing discovery practices including e-discovery. You will work with senior litigators who provide mentorship and increasing client-facing responsibilities.

J.D. from an accredited law school
3–5 years of litigation experience (commercial litigation, MDL or class actions preferred)
Admission to, or eligibility to sit for, the Pennsylvania bar
Strong legal research, writing, and oral communication skills
Experience managing discovery and e-discovery; able to handle tasks independently and as part of a team
Clerkship or journal experience preferred but not required
