Mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate — Tysons

• Several years' commercial litigation experience at a law firm or similar setting
• Strong drafting and advocacy skills — motions, briefs, discovery and witness preparation
• Comfort managing complex factual and document-intensive matters
• Licensed or able to obtain admission in Virginia (or admitted in another U.S. jurisdiction with willingness to seek VA admission)
• Collaborative team player with strong client-service orientation
