Mid-Level Corporate Associate — Denver (M&A & Private Equity)

Experienced corporate attorney sought for a mid-level associate role in a Denver office focused on M&A and private equity transactions. The team handles public and private company acquisitions, private equity work, transactional energy and infrastructure matters, and related corporate matters.

Successful candidates will draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related transaction documents, manage deal execution, and work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
