Mid-Level Corporate Associate — Life Sciences, San Jose

An Am Law–level firm is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join a life sciences-focused transactional team in the San Jose / Silicon Valley area. The group represents high-growth and venture-backed companies across the company lifecycle on financings, M&A, IPOs and corporate governance matters, including cross-border work in Asia and the U.S.

The role offers responsibility on both public- and private-company matters and frequent exposure to SEC-registered offerings and ongoing securities compliance. The team values collaboration across practices and provides opportunities to manage substantial components of transactions while working with experienced partners.

• 2–4 years' corporate transactional experience (PQE) with exposure to financing, M&A and public-company matters
• Experience with registered equity offerings and ongoing SEC representation preferred
• Experience with or strong interest in life sciences or healthcare clients
• Demonstrated ability to work in teams and manage significant transaction components independently
• Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
