Mid-Level Corporate M&A Associate — Boston

Growing Boston corporate team seeks a mid-level associate (3–6 years) to work on a broad range of public and private M&A transactions. The role offers hands-on deal responsibility, collaboration with senior deal lawyers, and structured mentoring and professional development.

Ideal candidates will run aspects of deals, coordinate transaction teams, and support complex corporate workstreams. Experience with emerging-growth company transactions or private equity matters is a plus.

• 3–6 years of U.S. law firm corporate/M&A experience
• Proven experience on public and private M&A transactions; ability to manage deal responsibilities
• Admitted to, and in good standing with, the Massachusetts bar (or eligible for waiver)
• Outstanding academic credentials; strong drafting and transactional skills
