Mid-Level Corporate & Private Equity Associate — Pittsburgh

An established national law firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join its Corporate & Private Equity practice in the Pittsburgh office. The team handles a full range of private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, minority investments, sponsor-backed deals, and fund formation work.

The role will involve drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting due diligence, supporting deal execution, and working with clients across buy-side and sell-side matters. The group is sizable and routinely works on complex, cross-jurisdictional matters with other office teams.

• Several years of transactional experience in private equity or corporate law (mid-level associate).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills; experience with purchase agreements, equity agreements, and related transaction documents.
• Comfort managing diligence, coordinating with deal teams, and interacting with clients.
• J.D. and admission (or ability to obtain) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
