Mid-level associate position in a market-leading finance team, based in Los Angeles or Orange County. The group handles complex financed transactions and credit arrangements for a range of bank and non-bank lenders, including private debt funds, BDCs, mezzanine providers and hedge funds.

Ideal candidates will have solid law-firm finance experience and will work on sophisticated lender-side financings. Strong academics, transaction experience and admission to the California Bar are required.

Minimum 3 years of finance / lending experience at a law firm
Experience executing complex credit transactions; asset-based lending experience a plus
Admission to the California Bar
Strong academic record and prior law‑firm finance experience
