Mid-Level Finance & Banking Associate — New York

Global finance team at a leading US law firm is seeking mid-level associates (minimum 3 years' experience) to join its growing Finance & Banking practice in New York. The role focuses on executing complex lending and leveraged finance transactions and credit arrangements for a mix of bank and nonbank lender clients, including private debt funds.

Appointments may be possible in any U.S. office, but candidates must be admitted and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they will be hired. Strong academic credentials and prior law firm finance experience are required. Applicants should be prepared to submit a cover letter, resume, law school transcript and deal sheet.

The expected salary range for this position is $260,000 to $420,000 annually (final compensation will depend on experience and other factors).
